Product features

Pneumatic lining fluorine butterfly valve, also known as pneumatic lining anti-corrosion butterfly valve, is a thick layer of fluorine plastic lining on the flow passage parts (such as the inner wall of valve body, butterfly plate, valve seat) that will contact with the pipeline medium, with super corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The valve seat and disc plate of the pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve are all made of PTFE, effectively ensuring that the valve shaft and other related parts are not corroded by the medium in the valve chamber. The pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve can be divided into pneumatic wafer type fluorine lined butterfly valve and pneumatic flange fluorine lined butterfly valve according to the different connection modes. The on-off or regulating actuator can also be selected according to the working conditions, so as to quickly cut off the pipeline medium or proportionally regulate the flow. It can be widely used in the normal temperature and pressure occasions of corrosive fluid with temperature ≤ 180 ℃ and strong acid and alkali and other media.

The sealing structure of the pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve can be divided into semi fluorine lined butterfly valve and full fluorine lined butterfly valve according to the service conditions. It has the advantages of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, etc., and the sealing performance can achieve zero leakage. It is one of the ideal choices for the current anti-corrosion equipment, especially suitable for places with corrosivity or with certain requirements for cleanliness, and is widely used in any concentration of acid, alkali Strong oxidant and aqua regia, various organic acids, reducing agents, organic solvents and other media are not suitable for media with high temperature and pressure or granular process media.
