Product features

The pneumatic powder butterfly valve is mainly composed of valve body, seal seat, valve plate and pneumatic actuator for cement, dust, powder and other materials. The soft seal formed by the rubber seal ring of the valve body makes it especially suitable for materials with strong abrasion resistance. In the powder and particle material handling system requiring gravity blanking or pneumatic conveying, pneumatic powder butterfly valves are often installed on hoppers, silos, screw conveyor outlets and pneumatic conveying pipelines.

The middle of the pneumatic powder butterfly valve plate is a flat structure. The valve rod is set on the upper and lower sides of the valve plate and connected with the valve plate as a whole. The seal seat is sleeved on the valve plate. The valve rods on both sides of the valve plate pass through the shaft hole of the seal seat and are contained in the shaft hole of the valve body. The pneumatic powder butterfly valve is made of powder plate, nitrile sealing ring, and wear-resistant polymer material. The half valve body is made of aluminum alloy, and the rotary valve plate is made of polymer material, which is specially used for the treatment of powder and granular materials.
