Product features

Explosion proof pneumatic butterfly valve is mainly composed of pneumatic actuator and butterfly valve, plus accessories such as explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, explosion-proof limit switch, explosion-proof locator, manual operating mechanism, etc. It can be divided into flange type and wafer type according to different connection forms, and different sealing materials can be selected according to service conditions, including hard seal (high-temperature and high-pressure) and soft seal (normal temperature and pressure). The pneumatic explosion-proof butterfly valve is mainly used as the cut-off medium. It can also be equipped with a valve positioner according to the working conditions. Input 4-20mA analog quantity and 0.4-0.7Mpa air source pressure to regulate and control the medium flow and pressure.
