Pneumatic V-shaped ball valve is a kind of regulating ball valve with V-shaped ball core. The valve core is a 1/4 spherical shell with V-shaped notch, large flow capacity, shear force and tight closing. According to the V-shaped angle formed by the V-shaped ball core and the pipe, the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve can use the change of the middle opening area to adjust the flow with the rotation of the ball, and can cut off the impurities in the fluid to close, which is suitable for the control of pulp, mortar and viscous fluid.

Pneumatic V-ball valve has good cutting and regulating performance, and is widely used to control pulp, sewage, suspended media containing fiber and solid particles, high temperature steam, dry gas and other media. Generally, V-ball valve is a single sealed ball valve, not suitable for two-way use.

1. The pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve has the inherent flow characteristics and linear characteristics of approximately equal ratio; Double bearing structure, small starting torque, excellent sensitivity and induction speed;
2. The pneumatic V-shaped ball valve has a V-shaped notch on its core. When it is closed, the V-shaped notch and the hard seal valve seat produce strong shear force, which can cut off the fibrous medium and effectively prevent the core from sticking;
