Product features

The pneumatic regulating ball valve can be divided into pneumatic O type regulating ball valve or pneumatic V type regulating ball valve according to its structure. It is mainly used together with the valve positioner. According to the input and output 4-20mA control signal, the rotary opening of the ball valve core can be controlled to achieve proportional adjustment of the pipeline medium pressure, flow, liquid level and other parameters. The pneumatic V-shaped regulating ball valve has a V-shaped notch of special shape, which can be used to adjust the flow rate by changing the middle opening area, and can be closed by cutting off impurities in the fluid. It is suitable for the control of pulp, mortar and viscous fluid.

Principle of pneumatic regulating ball valve:
 
The pneumatic regulating ball valve uses compressed air as the power source to drive the ball core to rotate 90 degrees back and forth, so as to open and close the valve. It is used together with the valve positioner, and can realize proportional adjustment of medium flow in different degrees according to the rotation angle and opening of the ball valve core. When the pneumatic actuator receives the signal sent by the control system, it generates the corresponding thrust according to the pressure of the control signal, pushes the regulating mechanism to drive the valve core action, and completes the flow and pressure regulation of the medium in the pipeline. It has the characteristics of large rated flow coefficient, good sealing effect, sensitive regulation performance, etc.
