Product features

The pneumatic high pressure ball valve is composed of flange/internal thread forged high pressure ball valve and pneumatic actuator. The valve body material has been hardened and anti-corrosion treatment, which improves the strength of the valve body and has excellent advantages of pressure resistance and wear resistance. The pneumatic high-pressure ball valve adopts a three-stage valve body, which makes the structure more compact and easy to assemble. It is suitable for hydraulic oil, water, high-pressure gas and other media. The valve positioner can be used to input 4-20mA analog signal to control the opening of the ball core operation, so as to realize the proportional adjustment of the medium pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters.

 
Application of pneumatic high-pressure ball valve:
1. The valve body is processed by forging process, which improves the strength of the material and avoids defects such as air holes and sand holes in the casting.
2. The sealing ring is made of nylon material, which bears higher pressure than polytetrafluoroethylene, has long service life and good sealing performance.
3. The high-pressure pneumatic ball valve can maintain the compression uniformity of the valve structure even under the maximum working pressure.
4. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy, and other industries, as well as long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide medium, with many impurities and serious corrosion.
