Product features

The pneumatic cast steel ball valve is mainly composed of floating ball valve, pneumatic actuator and relevant accessories. The valve body is made of silica sol precision casting, high platform design, and the opening and closing of the ball valve can be controlled by using compressed air as the power source. The pneumatic cast steel ball valve has a compact overall structure and can be opened and closed quickly. It is equipped with an electric valve positioner and receives the 4-20mA control signal from the industrial automation control system to complete the adjustment of various process parameters such as the flow, pressure and temperature of the pipeline medium to achieve automatic control.
Features of pneumatic cast steel ball valve:
 
1. The pneumatic cast steel ball valve adopts a floating straight through structure. The valve body channel and the connecting pipe have the same diameter, and the medium can flow almost without loss;
2. The Q641F-16C pneumatic ball valve uses purified dry compressed air as the power source, which can be used as a cut-off switch or as a flow regulator. It is characterized by simple operation and good reliability.
3. The actuator of pneumatic carbon steel ball valve is connected to the ball valve without support and connecting shaft. By selecting different valve body and valve seat materials, it can be used for different working conditions.
4. Pneumatic floating ball valve actuator can be equipped with electric signal feedback indication and various accessories to realize automatic operation (explosion-proof optional).
