Product features

Pneumatic flanged ball valve is characterized by fast switching speed, large flow capacity, good sealing performance, etc. It is composed of flanged ball valve and pneumatic actuator. It can be divided into switching type and regulating type according to different action forms. When the pneumatic flanged ball valve is opened, the valve body channel and the connecting pipe diameter form a port, and the medium can flow through without resistance. In addition to being used for oil, gas, liquid and other media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and media containing fibrous impurities. The pneumatic flanged ball valve is equipped with a 4-20mA analog signal input from the valve positioner, which can control the opening of the valve core of the ball valve from 0 to 90 degrees at will, so as to achieve the proportional adjustment of medium flow, temperature, pressure and other parameters.
 
Advantages of pneumatic flange ball valve:
1. According to the working conditions, pneumatic flanged ball valves can be divided into soft seal (- 30~180 ℃) and hard seal (- 40~450 ℃) sealing structures, so that they can be reasonably used in places with different media, temperatures and pressures.
2. The power source of the pneumatic flange ball valve is gas, and there is no contact with sparks. Theoretically, it has explosion-proof function, which is relatively safe. In case of gas leakage, the gas can be discharged directly, without pollution to the environment, and with high safety.
3. From the perspective of valve diameter, due to the torque force, manual ball valves can only be configured with ball valves with diameter below DN300, while pneumatic flanged ball valves can be configured with a wide range of diameters, not only with small diameter ball valves, but also with large diameter ball valves. At present, pneumatic ball valves can reach the maximum diameter of DN1200.
