Product features

The pneumatic stainless steel gate valve Z941H is mainly composed of a stainless steel flange gate valve and a pneumatic actuator. The valve body, valve cover, gate plate, gate rod and other related parts are made of stainless steel. The sealing surface of the valve seat can be divided into PTFE, stainless steel or hard alloy. The filler is generally made of hard alloy, PTFE, asbestos graphite or flexible graphite. The opening and closing parts of the stainless steel pneumatic gate valve are the gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The gate has two sealing surfaces. The two sealing surfaces of the most common mode gate valve form a wedge, and the wedge angle varies with the valve parameters. The gate of wedge gate valve can be made into a whole, which is called rigid gate; It can also be made into a ram that can produce slight deformation to improve its processability and make up for the deviation of sealing surface angle during processing. This ram is called elastic ram.

6. The flow direction of the medium is completely unrestricted, without disturbing the flow and reducing the pressure. The medium can flow through both sides of the gate valve in any direction, which can achieve the purpose of use. It is especially suitable for the pipeline under working conditions where the flow direction of the medium may change.
