Product features

Pneumatic high pressure gate valve is composed of forged high pressure gate valve and pneumatic actuator. It is mainly used in high temperature and high pressure working conditions with complex medium. Compared with other valve products, it is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance and unique self sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing. Due to the special performance, technical characteristics and working conditions, The product has also formed features that cannot be replaced by other products. The pneumatic high-pressure gate valve relies on the air source pressure of the actuator to drive the opening and closing of the valve, and uses the air pressure to drive the ram to rise and fall, so as to connect (fully open) and cut off (fully close) the fluid medium in the pipeline. The nominal pressure can reach 25MPa and higher, the diameter can range from 50 to 600mm, and the temperature range is - 29 ℃ to 550 ℃.
