Product features

The pneumatic flange gate valve Z641H is mainly composed of a flange cast steel gate valve and a pneumatic actuator. It is an automatic control valve driven by the compressed air of the actuator, with two functions of air opening and air closing. Pneumatic flange gate valve can be equipped with electric or pneumatic annunciator to send valve switch status information, which can realize remote control, centralized control and automatic control. The flange pneumatic cast steel gate valve adopts a double-layer cylinder structure and is equipped with a buffer mechanism. Compared with the single cylinder pneumatic gate valve, the lifting force is doubled, which can effectively slow down and lighten the wear of the valve plate car sealing surface and valve body sealing surface caused by the downward impact of the piston when closing the valve, and also can avoid the phenomenon that the gate is stuck.

Principle of pneumatic flange gate valve:
 
The upper part of the cylinder head is equipped with a pneumatic manual switching device. Lift the change-over handle clockwise to the "pneumatic" positioning hole for positioning, and the gate valve is in the pneumatic operation state; On the contrary, turn the change-over handle anticlockwise to the "manual" position at the hole, and the gate valve can be manually operated. The handle with bevel gear changes in the opposite direction. When manually operating the gate valve, the rotation direction of the hand wheel is the same as that of the ordinary manual valve, that is, clockwise turns to close, and counterclockwise turns to open. The bevel gear rotates in the opposite direction.
