Product features

ZJHL pneumatic membrane cage control valve is mainly designed to reduce the noise of compressible fluid. In order to adapt to the gas throttling diffusion and expansion, there are many symmetrical holes on the sleeve to reduce the pressure drop. The fluid channel is S-streamline. The valve core adopts a pressure balanced structure. The flow characteristics of the valve are determined by the curve of the valve cage window, A guide wing is also provided to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, so the pressure drop loss is small, the flow is large, and the noise is small.

Features of pneumatic cage control valve:
