ZZYP-16B self operated pressure regulating valve behind the valve is mainly used to control the pressure behind the valve, also known as the pressure reducing valve. The opening of the valve core is adjusted by sensing the change of the pressure behind the valve, so as to control the pressure behind the valve at the set point. The self operated pressure regulating valve can work in places without electricity and gas, while saving energy. The pressure setting value can be adjusted at will during operation, and is widely used for automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization of gas, liquid and steam media (used for pressure regulation behind the valve).

Operating principle of self operated rear pressure regulating valve:  
The self operated pressure regulating valve is used to control the pressure regulating valve behind the valve. The action mode of the pressure regulating valve is pressure closed. The medium flows into the valve body from the arrow direction, and is output after being throttled by the valve core and valve seat. The other way is introduced to the actuator to act on the membrane after being cooled by the condenser (when the medium is steam), so that the valve core will be correspondingly displaced, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure. If the pressure behind the valve increases, the force acting on the diaphragm increases, compressing the spring, driving the valve core, and reducing the opening of the valve until the pressure behind the valve drops to the set value. Similarly, if the pressure behind the valve decreases, the force acting on the diaphragm decreases. The reaction force of the spring drives the valve core to increase the opening of the valve until the pressure behind the valve rises to the set value.
