Product features

The self operated micro pressure regulating valve is a balanced single seat valve with stable pressure, high precision and good sealing, which is used to control micro differential pressure. The set value can be adjusted at will during operation, and can be widely used in the downstream pressure (mm water column level) of non corrosive gas medium with medium pressure no more than 1.4Mpa, working temperature no more than 120 ℃ (or 150 ℃) and pressure regulation range of 0.14-7.2KPa. It is widely used in the nitrogen sealing system of various oil, chemical and liquid storage tanks.

Operating principle of self operated micro pressure regulating valve:  
The valve adopts a large diaphragm actuator with large and stable output force, extremely sensitive to small changes in pressure and flow, and high control accuracy. The valve core adopts a single seat flow opening (high in and low out) design. At the valve cover (connection with the valve body), a balance diaphragm is installed (to balance the pressure in front of the valve and eliminate the unbalanced force). The pressure behind the valve enters the diaphragm actuator through the pressure tap, Compared with the regulating spring of the membrane actuator, the pressure behind the valve will become larger if the pressure fails to reach the set value (regulating and compressing the actuator spring), otherwise it will become smaller.
