What are the general situations of pneumatic butterfly valves?
The pneumatic butterfly valve is undoubtedly an important part of the car. 1. On the flat road, you can hear the "gurgling" sound in the front of the vehicle slightly, and the sound will intensify when turning sharply. When stopping for inspection, press the front of the vehicle firmly to make it bounce up and down, and the abnormal sound will appear. The greater the force, the greater the noise.
Diagnosis 1: The shock absorber is damaged due to oil leakage due to improper maintenance when the vehicle is usually driven on bad roads.

2. Oil leaks from the oil seal on the upper part of the main body of the pneumatic butterfly valve. Once the pneumatic butterfly valve moves, the oil drops more violently.
Diagnosis 2: The oil seal is damaged due to the damage of the piston rod or the attachment of foreign matters, which results in the loss of sealing performance.
Countermeasures: In this case, we propose to replace new parts or shock absorbers.
3. When starting or braking, the body moves up and down violently and steadily, which makes the passengers feel unstable.
Diagnosis 3: the shock absorber is old and aging.
Treatment plan: We propose to change the shock absorber to make the car body feel stable up and down, reduce small vibration, and make the ride more stable and warm.
Normally, the pneumatic butterfly valve is checked every 100000 km. There may be a slight difference in the maintenance cycle between different models. Please understand the function of "self-service maintenance" when your car needs to be replaced.
Note: It is better to change two shock absorbers at one time when changing them. If one front or rear shock absorber is faulty, it is required to change the front or rear shock absorber with one steam damper. Since the car is under uneven balanced force when changing one, the shock absorber will be under different force, which will lead to shock absorber problems!

① The bending radius shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the hose.
② The spacing between fixed points shall not be greater than lm, and the spacing between pipe clamp and terminal, elbow midpoint should be 300mm
③ The fixed pipe clamp at the end of the pneumatic butterfly valve connected with the embedded lamp or similar appliance should be installed at lm along the length of the hose from the edge of the lamp and appliance.
The pneumatic butterfly valve shall be firmly grounded and shall not be used as the grounding conductor of electrical equipment.
