Example of design idea for suspension system of electric butterfly valve
The overall design idea of the electric butterfly valve suspension system is:
1. With the through type gantry structure as the framework, two electric butterfly valve pressure plates are set on it to restrict the electric butterfly valve;
2. The pressure plate of the electric butterfly valve uses two vertical guide slider mechanisms to control its movement up, down, left and right, so as to solve its universality problem;
3. The pneumatic system is used to inflate the electric butterfly valve, control the pressure, simulate the force on the completion of the bogie, detect the parameters of the four corner high bogie, and facilitate the air tightness test and differential pressure valve test.
