1. Confirm the geographical location of pneumatic ball valve installation: when there is water or moisture on the ground, please change the installation location or completely remove the water or moisture to ensure that the site does not sink. The foundation must be compacted firmly, and then the pipe shall be adjusted to a level position with the ground.
2. Pipe: confirm whether the pipe is cut at a right angle. If not, cut it again.
3. Scrape the surface of pneumatic ball valve and pipe: the connection pipe surface and pipe surface of pneumatic ball valve shall be marked at the position with a length of about 20% when inserting into the connection pipe, and the marked position must be scraped to a thickness of 0.2mm. After scraping the pipe surface, remove the package of the connection sleeve and insert the pipe into the connection pipe completely. (Remove the STOPPER key of the connecting pipe and insert it). Note: Scraping pipe surface is the most important project for using connecting sleeve, so the pipe surface must be scraped clean.
