Water plugging application method
1. Preparation: first, stop the assembly of the accessories of the water shutoff inflation device, and do the tool leakage test. Place it in a bucket full of water and press it, inflate it with an air cylinder, and check whether there is air leakage.
2. Open the inspection port of the riser, slowly feed the blocked water upward from this port for about 0.5m, and then inflate it to make it close to the inner wall of the pipe without leakage. The operator inflates air in the lower layer and fills water in the upper layer. Pay attention to avoid placing it at the valve of riser pipe fittings for the following reasons: (1) There is a joint on the inner wall of the valve, which affects the tightness of water plugging. (2) To avoid contracting to one side, the air pressure will not rise. If you continue to inflate, it will be broken. As for cast iron drainage pipe, it is recommended that the sand be cleaned, the inner wall be flat, and no burr is allowed, otherwise the water plugging and sealing performance will be affected, resulting in puncture. Various specifications must be used in the corresponding pipeline, and cannot be replaced by small ones.
3. Fill water to the floor height at the water filling port (or at the inspection port) of the floor, and then check the water filling pipes and pipe fittings one by one. If any leakage is found, make a mark, and stop repairing after drainage; If it is a ring flexible interface, it can be repaired with water tight bolts at the leakage interface. If there is no leakage point in the inspection of the water filling pipeline, the water level can be stabilized, and the water filling time lasts for 15 minutes. If the water filling level does not drop for 5 minutes, it is qualified.
4. Bleed the water blockage, and then slowly pull it out, taking care not to damage it.
5. After taking out the blocked water, the water should be able to drain away quickly. If the water falls slowly, it means that there are sundries in the irrigation pipe section, which should be cleared in time.
