1. A-type ball valve hangers cannot be used for the hangers of large fans, pumps and pipes. HQA and V-type ball valve hangers should be selected for better results.
2. When using the HQA ball valve hanger, if the equipment is evenly distributed, the single bearing range of the ball valve damper can be calculated according to the total weight of the equipment plus 20%. If the equipment is unevenly distributed, the ball valve damper with a large bearing range should be used for the heavy side, and the smaller one can be used for the light side, This can not only avoid waste, but also achieve the best damping effect.
3. When the equipment starts to work, check whether the ball valve displacement of the ball valve hanger meets the standard, and when the equipment stops working, check whether the ball valve of the shock absorber is reset.
