The electric butterfly valve can realize the functions of support, buffering, braking, height adjustment and angle adjustment by using the air elasticity. 1. The piston rod of the electric butterfly valve must be installed in the downward position instead of upside down, so as to reduce friction and ensure good damping quality and cushioning performance.
2. Determining the installation position of the fulcrum is the guarantee for the correct operation of the electric butterfly valve. The electric butterfly valve must be installed in the correct way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the electric butterfly valve will often automatically push the door open.
3. The electric butterfly valve shall not be subject to tilt force or transverse force during operation.
4. In order to ensure the reliability of sealing, the piston rod surface shall not be damaged, and paint and chemicals shall be applied on the piston rod strictly.
5. The electric butterfly valve is a high pressure product, which is strictly and randomly analyzed, baked and bumped.
6. The piston rod of the electric butterfly valve rotates strictly to the left. If you need to adjust the valve direction, you can only turn it to the right.
