a. c. The most basic strengthening requirements of concrete inertia base shall be that 13mm steel stiffeners or angle steel bars shall be laid 40mm above the base bottom and welded in two directions at a spacing of 150mm, or strengthening facilities shall be added according to the actual structure.
d. Unless otherwise specified, the weight of the entire concrete inertia base must be 2 to 3 times of the total weight of the equipment it will support.
5. Dimension definition of concrete foundation
The size of the pump concrete foundation shall be larger than the size of the pump pedestal, and the size increment on each side shall not be less than 150mm; The height of the concrete foundation above the finished surface of the building shall not be less than 100mm;
6. Selection of stopper
The installation of the limiter is mainly to limit the horizontal displacement caused by the pump vibration, but this displacement is very small. Whether the limiter is installed depends on the specific requirements of the customer.
7. Calculation of valve efficiency, vibration transmissibility and other parameters
Through the calculation of the above parameters, select the type of shock absorber and verify whether the vibration reaches resonance? Whether the valve efficiency meets the requirements.
8. Dynamic return force calculation
The calculation of this force value is mainly related to the selection of matching shock absorber. Whether the type selection of shock absorber is correct or not is directly related to whether the pump valve efficiency and other parameters meet the standard. The calculation of the dynamic return force is relatively complex, which requires the parameters such as the head, flow, outlet value of the pump.
