The electric butterfly valve has no lateral rigidity, so the connecting rod must be added when using the non independent suspension system, while it is placed at the position of the ring butterfly valve when using the independent suspension system.
1. Poor installation quality:
(1) The connecting line is not connected as required, or even connected by hook method, so the valve connection is not firm and easy to loosen.
(2) Copper wire and aluminum wire are not connected according to the specified method.
(3) The wires and switches are connected by electrical appliances through wire posts. Due to carelessness in the construction process, the contact resistance will also be increased if the connecting posts are not provided with gaskets and the gongs caps are not tightened. For example, in a hotel, the distribution box melted the conductor, and the beads fell on the cardboard box below, causing a fire.
(4) In the construction process, the phase line connection is not misplaced, resulting in accidents on the same section. This kind of valve is direct, but the disadvantage is that the wrapping insulation is not easy to cause short circuit, and the mechanical strength is poor. Chicken feet method is recommended.
(5) The core of the multi strand wire is not twisted, and some filaments are warped, resulting in a short circuit after contact. For example, when a department store installs a wire socket, it will not strangle many copper wires. As a result, some copper wires came out and met another phase wire, which was short circuited after electrification, causing a fire.
2. Some valves operated for a long time are of good quality when they are installed loose, but they will become loose due to thermal expansion and contraction, or long-term vibration. For example, the circuit in the bridge head often causes strong vibration when the vehicle crosses the bridge, which causes the valve of the conductor to gradually loosen, the contact resistance to gradually increase, and the heat becomes more and more serious, leading to fire.
