In addition, it is not advisable to use too many hangers continuously on one pipeline. Profile steel supports should be set at appropriate positions to avoid pipeline swing.
The requirement of pipe thermal displacement on butterfly valve supports and hangers is that when the pipe has vertical thermal displacement, butterfly valve supports and hangers shall be generally selected to ensure that rigid supports and hangers shall be used when the load of the pipe in cold and hot states has little impact.
If the pipe butterfly valve supports and hangers are rooted on the basis of vibration, butterfly valve supports and hangers or rigid supports and hangers shall be selected as appropriate. The butterfly valve support and hanger shall be placed at the place with small displacement as far as possible. For example, the butterfly valve support and hanger of the compensator placed vertically shall be placed on two vertical pipe sections.
