This is to prevent impurities in the pipeline from entering the back chamber of the valve seat to affect the movement of the valve seat as much as possible, This will lead to seal failure and ensure that the sealing surface is always in.; moist; Status; ③ For valves that rarely move, move at least once a year, and inject appropriate lubricating grease at the same time. This can avoid the ball and valve seat gluing, and also avoid dry grinding when the ball moves, so as to protect the valve seat and the ball; ④ Before winter, the pneumatic ball valve shall be fully maintained, and the water in the valve chamber and actuator shall be drained to avoid freezing in winter and affecting the normal function; ⑤ Replace the lubricating grease in the gear transmission mechanism once a year; ⑥ Regularly check the valve diameter seal, and deal with any leakage in time; ⑦ Remove the rust and maintain the exterior.
