Pipe water plugging is made of reinforced nature
The models of pipe plugging include: pvc air nozzle capsule, composite water shutoff, air nozzle water shutoff, and double different inflatable capsule pipe plugging. It is especially suitable for the maintenance and testing work such as stopping water shutoff experiment, air shutoff experiment, leak point search, temporary water shutoff for pipeline maintenance after the drainage pipeline is sealed. When the gas pressure in the water shutoff reaches the rule request, the water shutoff will fill the entire pipe section, and the water leakage will be blocked by the friction between the pipe plugging wall and the pipe, so as to achieve the goal of no water seepage in the target pipe section.
Pipe plugging is mainly aimed at horizontal pipe (i.e. degree pipe) plugging, and its characteristics are:
1. Elliptical, small area of contact with the pipeline, but easy to plug into the pipeline, with ordinary water plugging effect.
2. Simple operation, light weight, small body size, economical and applicable.
3. It can bend 180 degrees freely and has certain corrosion resistance.
4. Super contractility.
The pipe water plugging is made of reinforced nature. Each pipe water plugging will stop the test under 1.5 times of the rated working pressure and the pipe diameter of the corresponding model before being entrusted. In order to ensure the strength of the water blocking structure of the pipeline, we adopt a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe packer.
