Importance of ball valve and shock absorber
The two major components of the suspension system include ball valve and pneumatic butterfly valve. The main function of the ball valve is to play a supporting role. The function of the pneumatic butterfly valve is to reduce the vibration of the ball valve. It ensures that the car is driven all the time. But the shock absorber is easy to wear. The shock absorber has to be replaced after only 60000 km driving on one side. How do you know when to change the shock absorber? In fact, the most clear signal is the feeling of dizziness when driving. In addition, it is another signal that the car will be stable for a long time after driving over the roadblock.
When encountering this problem, the car owner can do the following tests:
(1) Press down hard on the car shell (part above the wheel).
(2) Then let go. If the car keeps swinging, the shock absorber is worn.
Selection criteria and precautions of shock absorber:
1. Determine the specification and quantity of vibration isolator according to the total amount of vibration isolation system, including the weight of mechanical equipment, base, local pipelines, cables, etc., and the size of the base;
2. The working temperature of the product is - 20 ℃ -+80 ℃, which is not suitable for use in the environment with heavy acid and alkali gas;
3. The load of each shock absorber shall not exceed 20% - 30% of the rated load;
4. When the adjustable pneumatic butterfly valve is installed, if it is found that the unit is not good enough, the bolts can be adjusted to make the unit good enough;
5. If it is not an anti shear damper, maintenance and installation shall be enhanced during unit transportation.
