Product structure of pneumatic butterfly valve:
The pneumatic butterfly valves of our company can be divided into three categories according to the shape: curved bag type, membrane type and drum type. According to the sealing structure, it can be divided into five categories: pressure self sealing type, crimping type, flange clamping type, hoop seal type and hybrid type. Its structure consists of characteristic surface layer, high-strength skeleton layer and polar inner layer.
1. Characteristic surface layer: it protects the carcass, resists various external environmental pollution and seals;
2. High strength skeleton layer: control tension and bear load pressure;
3. Polar inner layer: it can seal the compressed air in the air chamber and bear the air pressure.
According to the basic structure, pneumatic butterfly valves can be roughly divided into four categories, namely, ISO international standard type (ISO pneumatic butterfly valve is a typical type commonly used in pneumatic butterfly valves), compact type (compact type is also called J-type pneumatic butterfly valve, which is one of the series of pneumatic butterfly valves, called J-type compact pneumatic butterfly valve) Ultra compact type (it is a long and short type of pneumatic butterfly valves in the world), thin structure type (it is a compact type of cylinder diameter in pneumatic butterfly valves, it is a piston sealed type, and its outer diameter is smaller than that of ultra compact type).
In addition to the basic four categories of structures, pneumatic butterfly valves also include six basic categories, namely TU series, K series, Qiangli X series, Qiangli GX series, CU series and TB series commonly used in China.
1. TU series: It is also an international standard series, and also a world wide series model of pneumatic butterfly valves. All dimensions comply with ISO11910 pneumatic butterfly valve standards.
2. K series: In the TU series, this is a short pneumatic butterfly valve with a bottom mounting screw hole and a side inflation port, which can be used to connect with the pipeline system.
3. Qiangli X series: This is a pneumatic butterfly valve with low and strong elastic pressure sealed by plunger rod in the world, and has a bottom mounting screw hole and a side inflation port, which can be used to connect with the pipeline system.
4. Qiangli GX series: this pneumatic butterfly valve is a new model launched by KALLER company, which is longer than the X series, and has a bottom mounting screw hole and a side inflation port, which can be used to connect with the pipeline system.
5. CU series: It is a very compact pneumatic butterfly valve. Its smaller outer diameter of cylinder body can provide greater elastic pressure.
6. TB series: TB series pneumatic butterfly valve is a new type of elastic component with high-pressure air as the working medium. It is small in size, large in elasticity, long in travel, stable in operation, precise in manufacturing, long in service life (one million times), flat in elastic curve, and does not need preloading.
